AAA – Looking for “Mystery Clients”
Rent and Go is looking for 70 “Mystery Clients” to visit Rent and Go rentals and evaluate their experience.
The main goal of this project is to identify possible weaknesses and opportunities for improvement by receiving an objective analysis of the customer experience.
The use of mystery clients helps Rent and Go rental operators to improve the quality of services, increase customer satisfaction, and always stay one step ahead of the competition.
The method involves making unannounced visits and renting equipment as a normal customer would, while carefully recording all interactions.
Once the equipment is returned, the mystery client will complete a feedback form about their rental experience.
It is not necessary to be an expert skier – beginners and occasional skiers can also take part. Mystery clients are regular tourists who perfectly represent Rent and Go’s everyday customers.
The feedback collected will be shared only with the rental shop in order to receive insights from real customers and improve the service.
