NOT JUST AT NIGHT: SKIING ON THE LATEMAR STARTS AT DAWN
Like many other simple ideas, it didn't seem to take much to invent it. Yet no one, before the managers of the Oberholz lift on Obereggen, had ever thought of it.
The idea will have its testing ground every Wednesday in March, when it will be possible to start skiing as early as 7 in the morning, thus having the opportunity to enjoy the crisp air, groomed slopes and above all the mosaic of colors that the mountain offers its lovers in the first hours of light.
The resort thus offers, in addition to the possibility of night skiing on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, an innovative solution that could be particularly appreciated by those who want to make "a couple of turns" before going to work or by the most avid early-risers. To access the lift at the indicated time no special skipass is required: it will suffice to have a multi-day pass, a season pass or a simple day ticket purchasable at the ticket office from 6.45.
