How to book your rental online?

1. Select the rental dates
2. Add the desired products to your cart by completing the check-in
3. Go to the cart, choose optional services, and complete the checkout
4. Pay online (by credit card, Paypal, Stripe, or Satispay)
5. Receive your booking confirmation by email

NOTE: Booking is usually available up to 1, 2, or 3 days in advance (depending on the location and chosen equipment). We recommend booking online as early as possible, especially during high season periods.

Pick-up
You can collect the equipment in the morning, starting from the opening time.

Return
You can return the equipment in the afternoon, before closing time. It is recommended to arrive at least 15–30 minutes before the indicated closing time.

Early pick-up (ski/snowboard)
You can also collect your equipment the day before your booking, after 3:00 p.m. and before closing time. The service is free of charge. Note: the rental shop may not yet have the equipment available, and you may have to wait or return the next morning, especially if you booked only one day in advance or during peak season.

Early pick-up (bicycles)
Upon request, you can pick up the bikes the evening before the selected rental day by arriving 30–60 minutes before closing time.The service is free but subject to availability. If the e-bikes are not charged, you will need to recharge them yourself (a charging cable is provided).

Late return
Some rental shops allow you to return the equipment early in the morning at no extra cost. Please check with the rental shop when picking up the equipment. If the agreed return time is not respected, an additional rental day may be charged.

Note: Seasonal rental cannot be booked directly online and does not include online discounts.

In general, you can cancel your ski rental booking by contacting us by 9:00 a.m. on the day before the first ski day. Example: if you ski from December 10, you may cancel the booking no later than 9:00 a.m. on December 9. 

Otherwise, cancellation fees may apply, depending on whether the Easy Booking service (in the cart) was purchased or not. Bike rental bookings can be cancelled until 9:00 a.m. two days before.

Refunds are issued exclusively online, using the same payment method used for the booking. If you return the equipment early, no refund is provided, except if you purchased Easy Booking or in cases of injury or other exceptions.

The full cancellation policy is available in the regulations. If you need to cancel or modify a booking, contact us and we will review your case; we usually reply quickly.

Through the “Theft and Damage Protection Agreement”, you can insure your equipment against damage, breakage, and theft.

This service is optional and usually requires a 10% surcharge on the cart total, or it may be offered at a fixed cost for each insured product.

The agreement covers up to 75% of the equipment’s value (25% deductible). The service is available in the cart*. For more information, see the rental terms (art. 1, 2, 3, 4).

*Available only in certain shops and for specific types of equipment. If this optional service does not appear in the cart, it means it is not available in that shop.

We recommend booking online in advance to guarantee equipment availability and also to benefit from any online discounts offered.

By booking online, you’ll complete your check-in and payment in advance, so you can skip these steps in the shop. The staff will already have your details and can prepare the most suitable equipment for you.

The rental price includes:

• Equipment rental for the selected dates
• Sanitization of accessories (e.g. helmets and boots)
• Ski binding adjustment according to ISO standards
• Ski poles (only with junior ski rental)
• Up to 1 free equipment change *
