Rent and Go is the Italian leader in high-quality ski rental, with over 70 locations in the most prestigious ski resorts.
What profiles are we looking for?
Are you a dynamic person, passionate about outdoor activities/winter sports, and with a positive attitude? Are you flexible and available to work during the winter season, including holidays? Do you speak English and/or other languages? Then you might be the perfect candidate to join our team.
Below are some examples of tasks involved in working at a rental shop.
- Providing technical advice and customer support
- Managing ski and snowboard equipment rentals
- Preparing and maintaining equipment in the workshop
- Managing the warehouse and handling equipment
- Using management and cash register software
- Selling outdoor accessories and clothing
- Managing the opening, closing, tidying, and cleaning of the store

📍 Cavalese - Rent and Go Sport Cermis
For the 2025/2026 winter season we are looking for 3 staff members: 1 cashier/sales assistant and 2 ski rental assistants.
Main requirements:
- No previous ski rental experience required
- Good knowledge of English
- Good communication skills and customer-oriented attitude
- Interest in sports

- Work period: 1 December 2025 – 31 March 2026
- Commitment: 6 days per week (weekday off)

📍 Champoluc - Ski Rent La Glisse
For the 2025/2026 winter season we are looking for 2 staff members to join our team.
Main requirements:
- No previous ski rental experience required
- No mandatory language skills
- Team spirit and willingness to work in a dynamic environment
Contract details:
- Work period: weekends in November and then 1 December 2025 – 19 April 2026
- 2 days off per week, working hours to be defined

📍 Claviere - Ski Lodge
For the 2025/2026 winter season we are looking for staff for the ski rental and for the bar.
Main requirements:
- Previous experience preferred
- Fluent knowledge of English or French
- Dynamic and customer-oriented attitude

📍 Cervinia - Cervinia 2001
For the upcoming winter season we are looking for staff to cover different roles within our team.
Main requirements:
- Availability to work 5 days per week (2 days off)
- Indicative working hours: 8:00 – 19:00

We are looking for 2 staff members for the ski rental to join our team for the upcoming winter season.

- Work period: December – March
- Work schedule: 5 days per week, with mandatory availability on weekends

📍 La Thuile - Only Ski
For the 2025/2026 winter season we are looking for 8/10 ski rental staff and 2 cash desk staff.
Main requirements:
- No experience required, but 2/3 experienced profiles would be ideal
- For experienced staff, possibility of longer employment beyond the winter season
- Languages required: Italian and English

- Work period: November – April
- Working hours: 8:30 – 18:30, one day off per week and lunch break

- Own transport preferred but not essential
📍 Livigno - Zinermann Sporting
We are looking for staff to join both the ski rental department and the retail shop.
Main requirements:
- Experience in the sector (mandatory)
- Knowledge of English
- Sporty, dynamic and customer-oriented attitude

- Work period: December 1, 2025 – April 30, 2026
- Hours: 48 hours per week, spread over 6 working days

- Commitment of 5 or 6 days per week

📍 Passo del Tonale - Rental Delpero
For the 2025/2026 winter season we are looking for 1 staff member to join our team.
Contract details:
- Work period: end of November – end of April
- Working hours: 8:00 – 12:00 / 13:00 – 17:30

📍 Peio - Montelli Sport
For the 2025/2026 winter season we are looking for 2 staff members, preferably with some experience in the ski sector and knowledge of at least one foreign language (English).

For the 2025/2026 winter season we are looking for staff to join our rental locations:
Positions available:
- 3 staff members for ski boot delivery, return and management
- 3 staff members for ski adjustment and delivery
- 2 staff members and 1 manager for the ski storage
Conditions offered:
- Accommodation available for specialized staff in ski adjustment and delivery or ski boot delivery
- Working hours: 7:30 am – 5:00 pm
- 6 working days per week with 1 day off
- Own transport required

We are looking for ski and boot rental staff to join our team.

- Work period: 1 December 2025 – 30 March 2026 (possible extension into the first weeks of April, depending on lift openings)
- Full-time contract, 6 days out of 7
