Best of Test - Skis scientifically tested
Best of Test is Rent and Go’s exclusive program (in collaboration with Outdoor Test) that involves expert testing of new ski models, 100% rental-friendly, with the participation of Rent and Go renters as “Beta Testers.”
Rent and Go is the only organization in the world that performs tests using a scientific method, previewing the skis that will later be rented by customers during the following season in Rent and Go rental centers — and beyond.
While manufacturers usually test only the highest-end models (6–7 stars), Rent and Go renters test the 5-star and below categories, those most commonly rented, assigning scores and selecting the winning brands and models in various merit categories.
The Best of Test program takes place every year at the end of the season, around March. The winners are announced in April at the ProWinter fair in Bolzano and then published in the magazine of the same name, printed and distributed in every Rent and Go shop and online at rentandgo.it and outdoortest.it.
