Book your ski rental directly online. Booking guarantees the availability of the equipment and saves you up to 20% on the prices applied on site ^*.

How to book online? Simple:

1. Choose the dates of the first and last day you will ski (upon request, you can pick up your equipment for free the previous afternoon after 3.30pm)
2. Add the desired products for each person to the cart (choose a ski category. The renter will select the most suitable model based on the characteristics of the person and the availability of the shop in the chosen period)
3. Check-in: enter the required data for each person.
4. Repeat the previous two steps for each person.
5. Go to the cart, choose the optional services and complete the checkout
6. Pay by VISA / MasterCard credit card or via Paypal
7. You will receive a voucher by e-mail to be shown (printed or from your smartphone) upon your arrival at the rental.

By booking online you can decide to register your account, thus entering the Rent and Go Club. Registration is totally free and optional.

Thanks to your Rent and Go Club account you will be able to register the check-in data of the people connected to you and thus be able to have a faster booking experience on your future rentals, in all the stores of the group.

In addition to this, you can receive discounts and promotions dedicated to members of the Rent and Go Club, which today already counts more than 30,000 members.

Ski equipment can be collected, upon request, the previous afternoon after 3.30pm and before closing time. The service is free. Request it during check out in the booking notes. Not available in all shops.

In general, it is possible to request the cancellation or modification of an online reservation up to maximum 9 am on the day before the "first day" of the rental. You may have to bear cancellation costs, according to the case.

We recommend selecting in the cart the "Rent and Go Easy Booking" option, which provides for a 5% supplement (5€ minimum cost) possibility to cancel the reservation with a full refund up to the day before the "first day" of the rental.

With Rent and Go Easy Booking you also receive refunds for unused rental days in the event that you have to return the equipment in advance, for any reason.

All Rent and Go shops offer the possibility to rent the top of the equipment for the whole season. Choose your skis of choice from among a selection of models by the market’s leading brands. Select the skis that best fit your level of skill.

Pick them up at the beginning of the season, and then at the end of the season, decide whether to return them or purchase them for a moderate additional fee.

Through the "theft and damage regulatory agreement" you can insure your equipment against damage, breakage and theft. The service is optional and requires a 10% surcharge.

The agreement covers up to 75% of the value of the equipment (deductible 25%). The service is available both through online booking and on site ^*.

^*Available only in some shops and for some types of equipment. If this optional service does not appear in the cart, it means that this service is not available in that store.

By booking online you get the online discount up to 20% and the guarantee of having the equipment reserved for you.

Any agreements (hotels, cards..) cannot be combined with the online discount, they are valid only for on-site rental. However, we recommend booking online to avoid filling out the check-in on site and to enroll in the Rent and Go Club, booking earlier. quickly future rentals in all locations where Rent and Go is present.

Many Rent and Go rentals have a storage service, a safe and warm place, convenient to the lifts, where you can always find dry skis and boots.

In some rental points, it is possible to book the depot directly online (choose a store, choose the dates and go to the “Services and accessories”) panel.

For other shops, it is possible to request the storage in the notes (during check out) and pay it once on site (subject to availability).

Unless explicitly written, the price of the depot service is excluded from the rental price.
