By booking online, you’ll complete your check-in and payment in advance, so you can skip these steps in the shop. The staff will already have your details and can prepare the most suitable equipment for you.

When booking online, you can also choose to create an account to save your details and speed up future bookings at over 80 Rent and Go ski and bike rentals across Italy, while accessing exclusive discounts and partner offers.

Many Rent and Go shops offer a ski storage service — a safe and warm place, conveniently located near the lifts, where your skis and boots are always dry. In some Rent and Go shops, you can book the storage service directly online (choose a shop, select your dates, and go to the “Optional” panel). For others, you can request the storage service in the notes (during checkout) and pay for it on site, depending on availability. Unless otherwise stated, the storage service is an extra option and not included in the equipment rental price. For more information, contact us.

• Our equipment is constantly renewed, offering a wide and updated range of models from the best brands
• We attend fairs and test events to personally try and select the best products to rent
• Our staff is trained through regular refresher courses led by top experts in the field in Italy
• We were the first in Italy to introduce the concept of “quality rental”, thanks to the vision of our founder Erwin Stricker
• All products are maintained and prepared before and after each rental, and accessories are sanitized and cleaned
• We prioritize safety by offering helmets (mandatory up to age 18), certified back protectors, and other protection gear
• We invest in high-end machines and equipment for professional preparation of the gear, without outsourcing
• Our rental shops are almost always in prime locations, close to the ski lifts and/or the best hotels
• We encourage our staff to use eco-friendly waxes and lubricants, ensuring sustainable rentals and a cleaner mountain
• We send anonymous customers to our shops and collect their feedback, as well as that of all clients, to constantly improve our service
• We offer a digital rental experience through our website rentandgo.it and our app, available for Android and iOS
• You can register your Rent and Go account, save your data, and rent quickly in over 80 locations across Italy
