How many people are needed to qualify for group rental rates?
Group offers are available for more than 20 participants, or more than 10 participants renting for at least 5 days. Conditions are subject to availability and confirmation.
How much does group ski rental cost?
The price depends on the number of participants, destination, dates, rental duration and equipment categories. Complete the enquiry form to receive a personalised quotation.
Can I book for a school trip or ski club?
Yes. Our service is also designed for schools, ski clubs, sports associations, travel agencies and organised groups. We can assess your requirements and coordinate your rental request.
Can you organise group rentals at several destinations?
Yes. We can assess requests involving multiple Rent and Go locations, with one contact person helping coordinate the arrangements. Equipment availability is checked with each participating shop.
How does group check-in work?
After booking confirmation, we can collect participants' details in advance to help prepare equipment and speed up collection, depending on each rental shop's operations.
How are group payments and invoices handled?
We can discuss centralised or individual payment options and business invoicing requirements. Available arrangements are defined at the quotation stage under the applicable conditions.
Can a group booking be changed or cancelled?

Can I also arrange bike and e-bike rentals for a group?
Yes. Rent and Go also manages group rental requests in summer. Availability of bikes, e-bikes and mountain bikes depends on the shop, rental dates and group size.
