How to book your rental online?

NOTE: Booking is usually available up to 1, 2, or 3 days in advance (depending on the location and chosen equipment). We recommend booking online as early as possible, especially during high season periods.

The rental price includes:

• Equipment rental for the selected dates
• Sanitization of accessories (e.g. helmets and boots)
• Ski binding adjustment according to ISO standards
• Ski poles (free when renting skis)
• Up to 1 free equipment change *

* In case of problems, you can switch to another model of the same category, or upgrade by paying the difference. The service is subject to availability and may not be available during busy periods or high season.

Pick-up

You can pick up your equipment in the morning, starting from the opening time.

Return

You can return the equipment in the afternoon, before closing time. We recommend arriving at least 15–30 minutes before the indicated closing time.

Early pick-up

You can also collect your equipment the day before your booking, after 5:00/5:30 p.m. and before closing time. The service is free of charge.

Note: the rental shop may not yet have the equipment available, and you might have to wait or come back the next morning, especially if you booked only one day in advance or during peak season.

Late return

Some rentals allow you to return the equipment early in the morning at no extra cost. Check with the rental shop when picking up your equipment. If the agreed time is not respected, an additional rental day may be charged.

Pick up the equipment at the start of the season and decide at the end whether to return it or purchase it with a small additional cost.

Note: Seasonal rental cannot be booked directly online and does not include online discounts.

In general, you can cancel or modify a booking up to 1–2 days before by contacting us.

Cancellation fees may apply depending on whether you purchased the Easy Booking service (in the cart) or not.

If you return the equipment early, no refund is provided, except if you purchased Easy Booking or in case of injury or other exceptions.

Refunds are made exclusively online, using the same payment method used for the booking.

The full cancellation policy is available in the rental terms (articles 11, 12, 13, 14).

If you need to cancel or modify a booking, please contact us and we’ll review your case — we respond quickly.

Through the “Theft and Damage Protection Agreement”, you can insure your equipment against damage, breakage, and theft.

This service is optional and usually requires a 10% surcharge on the cart total, or it may be offered at a fixed cost for each insured product.

The agreement covers up to 75% of the equipment’s value (25% deductible). The service is available in the cart*. For more information, see the rental terms (art. 1, 2, 3, 4).

*Available only in certain shops and for specific types of equipment. If this optional service does not appear in the cart, it means it is not available in that shop.

We recommend booking online in advance to guarantee equipment availability and also to benefit from any online discounts offered.

By booking online, you’ll complete your check-in and payment in advance, so you can skip these steps in the shop. The staff will already have your details and can prepare the most suitable equipment for you.

When booking online, you can also choose to create an account to save your details and speed up future bookings at over 80 Rent and Go ski and bike rentals across Italy, while accessing exclusive discounts and partner offers.

Many Rent and Go shops offer a ski storage service — a safe and warm place, conveniently located near the lifts, where your skis and boots are always dry. In some Rent and Go shops, you can book the storage service directly online (choose a shop, select your dates, and go to the “Optional” panel). For others, you can request the storage service in the notes (during checkout) and pay for it on site, depending on availability. Unless otherwise stated, the storage service is an extra option and not included in the equipment rental price. For more information, contact us.
