News from Dolomiti Superski: resorts with open lifts and forecasts for the coming weekend.
Open, albeit slowly, are the lifts even in the large Dolomiti Superski area which has had to contend with adverse weather at the start of this season. There are relatively few, and not yet in all locations, the kilometres of slopes open out of the 1200 km total of the area.
Currently it is possible to ski in:
- Cortina
- Plan de Corones
- Val Badia
- Val Gardena
- Alpe di Siusi
- Val di Fassa
- Sextner Dolomiten
- Valle Isarco e Trevalli
Still closed are Carezza, Arabba, Marmolada, Civetta, Val di Fiemme, San Martino di Castrozza, Obereggen. But the weather in the coming days is encouraging: falling temperatures and snowfall are forecast.
