The Ski-region of Carezza – the sunny ski-idyll

The ski-region of Carezza – Nova Levante lies at the foot of one of the most impressive mountains of the Dolomites – the Catinaccio. The ski-slopes and winter sports opportunities mean that every day offers fresh experience and amusement. A total of 30km of ski-slopes at a variety of levels of difficulty are on offer. Those who don’t want to plunge into corresponding equipment expenses can easily hire skis from one of the ski-hire depots. If you decide on this option, then you can rent top grade, well-maintained skis, increasing the quality of the thrill as you hurl yourself down the slope! There is also much to be discovered away from the ski-scopes, such as lago di Carezza with its dark green water, or the fire-like sunsets over the summit of the Catinaccio.
