The ski area Bardonecchia – a dreamlike winter vacation at 1,300m
Bardonecchia was the venue for the 2006 Olympic snowboard contest. So it is no surprise that Bardonecchia is still a popular place for boarders today. But skiers also come to the area of Piedmont to get their money’s worth. The ski region has over one hundred kilometres of ski slopes, offering an impressive range of slopes for both beginner and pro. For those addicted to action, it is especially attractive: first-class off-piste routes. Here it is wonderful to weave through deep powder snow.
